Highlights

  • Lead QA delivery for 250+ live school websites on a proprietary CMS platform, running a two-person QA team through multiple concurrent go-lives.
  • Built a company-wide accessibility and Core Web Vitals dashboard — WCAG reporting, WAVE and Axe checks, historical KPI tracking — now used by leadership as a quality metric.
  • Engineered an AI-powered content migration pipeline in Python using Crawl4AI, the Claude API and CMS integrations, reducing migration effort from weeks of manual work to hours.
  • Developed internal QA tooling, including BugHerd analytics reporting and automated injection of QA tooling into site templates.
  • Drove AI adoption by delivering internal Claude Code and MCP workflow sessions, and led persona-based AI chatbot testing with Promptfoo.

Selected projects

  1. Content Migration Tool

    A website content migration tool built in Python and Next.js. I built the scraping and enrichment engine for content extraction, semantic search and CMS migration, connecting the existing page inventory to content review and a new site structure.

  2. SprX EnrollIQ

    An admissions prospect-scoring module taken from concept through PRD, scoring logic and Figma information architecture, then built as a React prototype and presented as an internal product pitch.

  3. BugSwarm

    An autonomous bug classification and verification workflow using the Claude API, Playwright and the BugHerd API, with a human-in-the-loop process for reproducing issues, validating fixes and cutting manual triage.
